are kicking butt....
I planted these double knockout roses last year in my flower beds and I cut them back in Jan. and now they are budding and loooking gooood!!!

{weekend recap}

This was our last volleyball tournament and I can't tell you how happy that makes me feel. We had our last tournament in Jonesboro Arkansas at the Arkansas State University campus. We lost, but that is a good thing for me anyway, if we would have one, that would have meant a trip to Miami Florida--- that I didn't really want.
We have been non-stop since December with practice 2 nights a week and every Saturday along with tournaments and I needed a much deserved break-.

Katie tryed out for High School Junior Varsity/ and or Varsity volleyball last week and she MADE it! She doesn't know yet if she will be on Varsity or the JV until the end of the summer- Which they will praceice and weight train all summer- (yuck)
She was very excited.

After our tournament Saturday, Katie and I got home in time to attend the Annual Memphis LSU Alumni crawfish boil that John and Jacob were already attending Yum- they were sooooo good!

Thanks to my daughter, Katie. She saw the movie and read all 4 books in a 2 weeks period. So therefore, she made me watch the movie and I had to know what happens after the movie. So with what litte time I have between baseball games and still volleyballing it I READ!!!! thanks KATE!!!! :)

I have been so slack this last week on blogging. My Mom and Dad were here last week from Georgia and I was busy enjoying them and her meals for me when I got home from work everyday- and I might mention my familys clothes washed and ironed everyday for me and also might mention a clean house everyday when I got home. Can you say HEAVEN! :)
We had a good Easter- The weather has been so rainy and cool. Where the heck is SPRING!

Back from Hotlanta~ Had a great time. The girls placed 57 out of about 140. There were some tough teams. There were team from all over the U.S there and we didn't play that well. Our best day was Saturday. We won every game we played that day. Atlanta was happening as usual.

Oh .... by the way Happy April's fool day!
We are heading to Atlanta tomorrow for the BIG SOUTH QUALIFIER in
volleyball. This is a HUGE tournament. There are at least 800 teams from all over the United States. There will be 104 courts being played at one time.
We will be at the World Congress Center. It should be a fun, good trip for the girls
GO MEMPHIS JUNIORS- 14 elite Team!!!!!
