my volunteer daughter

last week was Katie's last week of volunteering at the hospital. She worked in the Physical Therapy dept and I think she has found her a profession she is interested in. She put in about 110 volunteer hours this summer.


also last week we had my parents from Georgia here visiting us. We enjoyed them so much and we enjoyed her cooking and cakes. We were so sad to see them leave Sunday.
Although they had much excitement Thursday when ANOTHER tornado hit Olive Branch and it hit in our neighboorhood with several houses damaged and trees down everywhere. We only lost a shutter off one window but we found it down the street. There was one neighborhood down the rode from us that was totally destroyed. They will have to tear down and rebuilt at least 10-20 homes there.
